The constructor, project supervisor and contractor are always in a client role, which means they will report their partners’ contract-related information to the Tax Administration. A subcontractor’s role will also change into a client role in case the subcontractor buys subcontracting work exceeding the value of €15,000 from an individual supplier for its own contract.
